ORDER


In view of outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is hereby constitute a death audit committee of following doctors:

1. Dr. Ashok Kumar, Ex. DGHS – Chairperson
2. Dr. Vikas Dogra, RGSSH -Member
3. Dr. R.N. Das, MS-Nursing Homes -Member

The responsibility of the Commi~tee would be to audit daily each and every death in which the COVID-19 test is positive in Government and Private Hospitals of NCT of Delhi before releasing data. All Government and Private Hospitals are directed to report all such deaths to the committee along with the copy of case sheet for death audit. Dr. Monalisa Borah, SMO shall be responsible for providing all the documents to the Committee.

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Minster (Health).
